The Huawei HG8145V6 is an ONT client terminal designed for use in GPON networks. It supports wireless transmission over Wi-Fi 5, using IEEE 802.11 b/g/n protocols on the 2.4 GHz band and IEEE 802.11 a/n/ac on the 5 GHz band. The maximum theoretical throughput is 300 Mbps on 2.4 GHz and 867 Mbps on 5 GHz. The terminal features 4 gigabit Ethernet ports (10/100/1000 Mbps), allowing you to connect high-demand devices via cable. Additionally, it includes 1 RJ11 POTS port for VoIP services, to which a standard analog phone can be connected. Another advantage is the USB port, which can be used to set up an FTP server or share files/printers using the SAMBA protocol.
The device is equipped with an SC/APC optical port with a Class B+ laser, offering a reception sensitivity of -27 dBm. According to the GPON standard, the maximum supported transmission rate is 2.5 Gbps downstream and 1.25 Gbps upstream.

GPON ONT Terminal
The offered product is designed to operate as an ONT client terminal in GPON networks. It is equipped with an SC/APC optical port with a Class B+ laser. The reception sensitivity is -27 dBm.
According to the GPON standard, the transmission throughput is 2.5 Gbps for downstream and 1.25 Gbps for upstream data.
Wi-Fi 5 AC1200
The device can transmit a Wi-Fi 5 wireless network and supports IEEE 802.11 b/g/n protocols on the 2.4 GHz band and IEEE 802.11 a/n/ac on the 5 GHz band. The maximum theoretical throughput is 300 Mbps on 2.4 GHz and 867 Mbps on 5 GHz. This speed is more than sufficient for most applications and the basic internet packages offered to subscribers.

4 1G Ethernet Ports, 1 RJ11 Port, 1 USB Port
The ONT features 4 1G Ethernet ports (10/100/1000 Mbps), allowing subscribers to fully utilize packages up to 1 Gbps. Additionally, it includes an RJ11 port for offering VoIP telephony and a USB port that can be used to set up an FTP server or a file/printer sharing server using the SAMBA protocol.
Use Case
The HG8145V6 is one of the basic ONT terminals enabling the delivery of triple play services—Internet, TV, and VoIP. It stands out for its excellent price-to-performance ratio and is an ideal solution for most subscribers who do not require next-generation Wi-Fi or who use smaller data packages.
