The camera features a 1/1.2" CMOS sensor, which stands out for its good performance in low-light conditions — night mode activates later, and the recorded image is significantly better than that offered by 1/2" or 1/3" sensors. The device supports the Multi-TOPS AI engine, which enables advanced image analysis features, including facial recognition and license plate recognition. The housing is fully adapted for outdoor use, with an IP66 protection rating. An additional advantage is the increased mechanical resistance — IK10; the G6 Dome is resistant to certain acts of vandalism. Using the accessories included in the package, you can mount the camera on a wall or ceiling. The G6 Dome is equipped with a 100M Ethernet port, which also serves as a PoE (802.3af) power input. The maximum power consumption is 9.25 W.

Advanced Software Features

The camera supports the Multi-TOPS AI Engine and provides advanced image analysis features. It enables facial recognition and license plate recognition. Thanks to this, from the UniFi Protect panel you gain additional capabilities for analyzing and searching for people and vehicles captured in recordings. In addition, the G6 Dome also supports basic smart detection features — recognition of people, vehicles, and animals.

Microphone

The device has a built-in microphone, allowing you to record not only video but also audio.

For Outdoor Use, IK10 Mechanical Resistance

The housing is fully adapted for outdoor use and has an IP66 protection rating. The camera features IK10 mechanical resistance, which increases its protection against potential acts of vandalism. Using the accessories included in the package, you can mount the G6 Dome on a wall or ceiling.
