Summit BT80 is a Full Outdoor radio link (for outdoor use, no IDU) operating in the 70 (71 - 76 GHz) and 80 (81 - 86 GHz) bands. These are free bands with little interference. High frequencies make it possible to transmit high-speed transmissions over relatively short distances. BT80 will be perfect for, among others in connections between buildings located in large cities. The maximum bandwidth is 2 Gb / s, it can be achieved using the widest 750 MHz channel and the highest modulation - 16 QAM. The radio transmitting power is from -10 to 12 dBm, both ODUs are equipped with 2 Gigabit Ethernet ports and 2 SFP slots.
The offered product is distinguished by a convenient configuration tool - the SMS application. The program is available in three forms - GUI for Windows and Linux platforms (only via Wine), WUI in a web browser (only allows you to preview the work, without the possibility of changing the configuration) and MUI for Android and iOS platforms. From the manufacturer's website you can download a MIB file, there is also special software for designing connections and calculating the signal.
The devices are powered via PoE in the 802.3at standard or DC connector, power supplies are not included in the set. The maximum power consumption is 30W and the input voltage range (when using the DC jack) is 2-57V DC.
The set includes 2 parabolic antennas with a diameter of 65 cm. The energy gain is 50 dBi in the 70 GHz band and 51 dBi in the 80 GHz band. Together with the antenna, you get solid holders on which the ODU is directly mounted.
We attach to the product 1 set of glands to protect the Ethernet ports (marked SET1) and SFP ports (marked SET2).
The most important features:
- works in the 70 and 80 GHz bands;
