The TP-Link VIGI NVR1108H-W is an IP recorder with Wi-Fi functionality designed for the VIGI system, ideal for small and medium-sized installations. It supports 8 video channels with a maximum recording resolution of up to 8 Mpix (4K). It is equipped with one SATA connector, to which you can connect a hard drive with a capacity of up to 10 TB.
It is distinguished by a built-in Wi-Fi module with a router mode, which enables wireless pairing with VIGI cameras, simplifying installation. A key advantage is the support for H.265+ – a modern, efficient data encoding that reduces the size of recorded footage and bitrate. The recorder supports the ONVIF standard, allowing it to be used also with IP cameras from other manufacturers.
The total supported bandwidth is 80 Mbps (incoming), ensuring efficient handling of 8 cameras. The recorder is managed via the TP-Link VIGI software, available on PC or mobile devices.

Simple HDD Installation**

1. Press and hold the side cover latch to remove it.

2. Slide and push the HDD to mount it in the slot.

3. Screw the screws into the drive through the appropriate holes in the casing to secure the HDD.

4. Reinstall the side cover.

Auto Initialization for Quick Setup

Simply click "Auto Initialization" to configure the basic parameters of the camera and hard drive, significantly shortening the time needed for setup.
