Tenda TEF12 PoE uses a patented network expansion technology and uses standard twisted-pair cables, which allows it to support data transmission up to 250 meters, breaking the 100-meter data limit of standard twisted pair. The device uses a Gigabit light port and can easily meet the transfer needs of up to several dozen kilometers.

Due to the complexity of the monitoring environment, we very often face the problem of insufficient transmission distance of the network when making cable and network design decisions, the distance of each camera terminal to the monitoring center is different, in some cases it is only a few meters, in others it is 100 meters, while others are kilometers away. The total PoE power is 370W and it is fully enough to power 24 ports
The total PoE power of the device is 370 W, it can handle the full PoE power of all 24 ports, the supply of one PoE port is 40 W, which satisfies e.g. the total need to power a soccer machine and other powered devices; 8-core power supply, network power consumption reduced by half, highly reduces the power loss, which guarantees that the camera will be stably powered for sure.
