MetroLink 2.5G is a complete wireless device from IgniteNet operating in the 60 GHz band. It is the successor of the popular ML-60-35 model. Very well suited for efficient point-to-point connections over distances up to 1.6 km (note,that the set consists of only one device!). The product has two radios, one main, operating at 60 GHz and a second one, at 5 GHz. An additional radio can be configured to take over the transmission in the event of a main fault (failover).

There is a little interference in the 60 GHz band, so using MetroLink you can get a good bandwidth, and above all a stable connection. The device has an integrated antenna with a gain of 42 dBi, an Ethernet port 2.5G and an SFP slot. The maximum connection bandwidth in the 60 GHz band is 2.5 Gb / s. According to the manufacturer, the device allows you to establish a wireless connection over a distance of 1.6 km, depending on local conditions. In addition, MetroLinq has an integrated antenna working in the 5 GHz band, with a gain of 22 dBi. Using this frequency, a bandwidth of 500 Mb/s can be achieved.

The offered product can be powered by passive PoE or DC plug, the input voltage is 24 - 48 V DC. The set includes a PoE 48 V/0.5 A power supply.

Included in the set is a PRO handle - (LR Precision Bracket) that allows you to adjust the angle of inclination in both planes. The diameter of the mounting pole is: 45 - 100 mm.
