BTH es un radioenlace Full-Outdoor y Full-Duplex que opera en la banda de 17 y 24 GHz sin licencia. BTH transmite/recibe en un canal en la banda de 17 GHz y en otro canal en la banda de 24 GHz. Esta solución con los anchos de banda de hasta 160 MHz permite una transmisión más rápida a una distancia mucho más larga en una banda libre. Adicionalmente la modulación de bajo nivel (4QAM / 320 Mbps, 16QAM / 640 Mbps, 64QAM / 900 Mbps) proporciona una radiorresistencia mucho mayor que la interferencia.
Esta tecnología punto a punto ha sido desarrollada por SUMMIT DEVELOPMENT, un fabricante checo de enlaces de microondas, en su propio software radio digital.
